Following the receipt of our client’s exclusive mandate, the acquisition process commenced with the identification of the most suitable helicopter tailored to their specific operational requirements. Leveraging Mira’s extensive global network, we swiftly initiated a comprehensive procurement workflow.

This included the preparation of a Letter of Intent, coordination of a physical inspection of the helicopter alongside our client, negotiating and execution of the purchase agreement and successful completion of all pre-purchase inspections. Additionally, all civil aviation procedures were finalized in full compliance with regulatory standards, including local registration.

Each phase of the process was meticulously managed by Mira’s experienced sales and technical team, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience. With total integrity, the final handover was successfully completed at İstanbul Atatürk Airport.
